  • Accepting a personal use only (at the moment).

  • The artist will begin work only after the payment is made.

  • Can edit no more than 3 times. If clients want additional changes, the charge is 50% of the price per time.

  • Clients will get file format as .jpg / .png with 300 dpi and you can request for specific file type prior starting work.

  • The work process will take 2-3 weeks, including the briefing and sending drafts. If you require urgent work, the charge is 50% of the price.

  • Credit is appreciated when the work is uploaded on every platform.

  • Every work will be commission sample and put in a portfolio, In case clients don't want their work to be displayed, please inform the artist in advance.

  • Apologize for inconvenient. Due to PayPal in my country has payment problems, so now I have Payoneer and Buy Me A Coffee (not responsible for transaction fee) only as a method.

For Clients- Can copy, distribute, display and modify the work for non-commercial purpose only. For example, adding text on the work, sending it as a gift to friends and/or family, personal giveaways, making goods from the work for yourself and/or mutual, etc.
- Do not claim that it is a work created by other person than the artist.
- Cannot use my work for NFTs/AI with any purposes whatsoever. If found later, that client will be blacklisted.
- Confirmation of payment must be sent to the artist.As an artist, please be reminded that I still holds the copyright to the work and clients cannot use the work for commercial purpose unless the extra charge will made.Begining work- The payment must deposit of the price or pay in full price within 3-5 days before beginning of the reserved work. Otherwise, it will be canceled without prior notice.
- The commission brief should be sent via DM (X or BlueSky) or email at least 3-5 days. If it exceeds this period, your commission will suspend and start a next queue immediately.Work Process- The clients will receive a draft sketch for approval. Except..
1) When the clients receive the first draft and wants to change. And the artist will send the second draft again within 2-3 days, which the clients can edit until you are satisfied.
2) If the clients are satisfied with the final draft. The artist will commence finishing the work.
3) An extra charge of 50% of the work price will be added if clients want to edit more than 3 times during the work after sending the final draft.
- The clients must check a preview file before paying the rest deposit to confirm.After work- The artist refuse to change the work after sending the file to the clients. Except in the case of the artist's own mistake or other cases. The clients can ask the artist first.
- The file will be deleted within one months after it is sent. Therefore, the clients should save the work file as soon as is received.Cancellation- The clients can cancel the work before paying the deposit to start work at least 3 days without any cost.
- If the clients want to cancel the work after the draft process has begun. The clients receive a 50% refund of the deposit or pay in full price.
- If the artist needs to cancel the queue after the clients have paid. The clients will receive a refund of 100% of the work price.If unsure or have any questions, feel free to contact and discuss with an artist

Default file detail : For example, A5 (1748 x 2480 pixels, 148x210 mm) Resolution 300 DPI, RGB. Otherwise, the clients can specify the size units but not exceed 6000*6000 pixels.
Work style : Style A, Style B, or Style C
Body scale : Chibi, Full body, etc.
Other details / Refs. : e.g. expressions, posture, clothes, accessories, mood & tone, etc.
Background : Attach picture reference or explain in text (Optional).
Deadline : Optional
Email : Your email for receiving work.
Please send a brief with a visual reference, e.g., picture, photo, your drawing, etc.
If you really can't draw, you can write details and send us pictures as a reference.

Work process

Step
[1] After discussing the work, a brief should be send via DM (X or BlueSky) or email within 3-5 days before I start your commission in the queue and only after the agreed price is paid (deposit or pay in full).
[2] You will receive a draft sketch and scheme color preview (WIPs) within 2-3 days for approval.
[3] The work takes about 7-14 days to finish, depends on work details. You can ask to see an update.
[4] The clients must check a preview file before comfirming. When the client is confirmed, I will send the HD work file (.jpg/.png) via email. It is considered to be a finishing work.

Add-On Prices
Extra characters : Maximum of 4 characters. Additional characters will be charged 50% of the price of the first one.
Accessories / Props : get 3 Free (+$2 for each extra) and may cost an extra charge $5 for more details added to the character(s) e.g. (excessive armor, extreme color patterns, etc.).
Background : Free plain colors, patterns, transparent or $10+ added for basic background (depends on details). Except for perspective building background.
